Legend Thailand understand that sometimes customers make an incorrect purchase or there has been a mistake at our end. Here are guidelines around our return policy:

Timeframe:

A return can be initiated within 7 days of purchase 

Condition of the product:

The product must be in its original condition, with original packaging & accessories, and show no signs of use or wear & tear.

Refund method:

The method by which a refund will be issued (e.g., to the original payment method, store credit). 

Return shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, if the product has been incorrectly packed by Legend Thailand we will reimburse the customer with the shipping fees.

Return procedures:

Potential for restocking fees:

For products that have been opened we charge a 30% restocking fee
